SERVICE AGREEMENT – ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS
**Non-acceptable materials (including but not limited to): Car or Lithium Batteries, tires, flammable tanks, Dirt of any kind, asbestos**

- C&D Type 13C: Waste building material and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition operations on houses, commercial buildings, pavements, and other structures. The following materials may be found in construction and demolition waste: treated and untreated wood scrap; tree parts, tree stumps and brush; concrete, asphalt, bricks, blocks and other masonry; plaster and wallboard; roofing materials; corrugated cardboard and miscellaneous paper; ferrous and nonferrous metal; non-asbestos building insulation; plastic scrap; dirt; carpets and padding; glass (window and door); and other miscellaneous materials; but shall not include other solid waste types.
- Bulky Type 13: Large items of waste material, such as appliances and furniture. Example of this would be household cleanouts. Appliances must be free of contaminates such as freon. These containers will include up to 3 mattresses.
- MSW- Type 10: Waste originating in the community consisting of household waste from private residences, and non-recyclable commercial waste.
**Any truck carrying your rented container exceeding a Gross Vehicle Weight of 80,000 pounds will be subject to an additional $100 a ton overweight charge.

- Clean Concrete: Concrete that is free from any Additionally, free of any rebar, mesh wire or any other binding contaminants. If any contaminates are placed in a Clean Concrete dumpster the appropriate disposal charges listed above will be applied. **No brick, No Asphalt** Must be Clean Concrete Only**
- Concrete with rebar: Concrete that has rebar, wire mesh or other metals found with typical concrete demolition jobs.
- Concrete, Mixed Masonry: Concrete that is mixed with brick, stone, or other heavy materials. Except for large amounts of dirt.
**All concrete pieces must be less than 3’X3’ or an additional charge of $100.00 per item will be applied. **
** If the load is rejected at concrete yard, you will be charged your C&D rate. **
